RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Car Bows are considered non-returnable products.
  • Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products received that are damaged or defective.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on car bows if the packaging has been opened or used.
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, and refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred to return the product will not be refunded, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the product. Return Instructions:
  • Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
  • Customers are advised to carefully pack returns to prevent transit damage. In the event that we receive a damaged product, we may need to destroy it upon arrival, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Please include your Order number, Full name, Email, and Phone number on the return parcel.
